Meetings are chaired by the Constable and held at La Salle Pariossiale.

In early April each year the Registered Mooring Meeting is convened, duly advertised in the Guernsey Evening Press – Gazette Officielle, to receive the Mooring Report and to elect 4 member to each of the following 4 Beach Sub Committees. Following this meeting, the Main Moorings committee then meet to discuss matters pertaining to all of the registered moorings for the coming year, in particular the waiting list and those relinquishing their moorings.
